Terms & Conditions of Entry

1.   No refunds will be made against advance bookings unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.   All riders are to report to the organiser's table and register.

3.   Numbered tabards are provided and must be worn by all riders.

4.  Return the tabard to the organiser's table when the ride is completed.

5.   Riders are advised to carry a mobile phone for emergency contact purposes.

6.   All riders are advised to hold a minimum of 3rd Party Public Liability Insurance.

7. Riding hats which conform to the current British Safety Standards must be worn at all times when mounted.

8.   Wiltshire Bridleways Association DO NOT accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any horse, rider, vehicle or personal property however caused.

9.   Show respect to other riders and other people you may encounter on the route.

10.  All children under the age of (14) must be accompanied by an adult.

11.  Do not leave the designated route without notifying the ride organisers.
